How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The orders will be delivered within 7 business days. Orders placed on our website typically ship within 5 to 7 working days. With exception of festivals or sale periods where it may take up to  10 - 12 days In case you need something urgently, please reach out at info@mezzobypriya.com or on WhatsApp @ +919810058853, if possible, we will try and expedite your order.

What are the delivery charges for my order?

The delivery charges for your order depend on your location and the quantity of items you've purchased. Within India, we offer free shipping for all orders. 

Do you accept Cash on Delivery(COD)?

Cash on Delivery is available only for orders to be delivered within India 

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
