Order Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via whatsapp once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
