Product Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For all approved returns, a flat amount of Rs 250 will be deducted from the total amount paid towards return processing, shipping, and handling charges. The remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the account, after the returned item has been received and passed our quality inspection.

How to Return Your Item

2. Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return pick up details.
3. Ship the Item: we would update the return pick up detail as scheduled please ensure to keep the package ready.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
  • Post approval, we will process the refund within 7 business days and it will be credited within 7 business days.

Exchanges

The exchanged or replaced product will be processed within 7 business days. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out at

A flat Rs 200 exchange fee will be charged for all exchange requests to cover reverse pickup and reshipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at
info@mezzobypriya.com or WhatsApp at 9810058853, and we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
